Orders and Payment

All orders are subjected to availability.


Orders are considered to be confirmed only upon receiving payment and you will receive an email informing you that your orders have been confirmed for online orders.


Payment must be made at least 5 working days before the collection/delivery date.


There will be no refund for cancelled orders.


Changes to orders are not allowed from 5 working days before the collection/delivery date. There will also be no refund for changes made to the orders.


Currently payment mode for online orders would be bank transfer. Payment mode at the shop would be cash.



Delivery is free for orders above $80, otherwise, a delivery charge of $15 applies.


Delivery slots are subjected to availability. Please check the online calendar for delivery schedule and availability of slots. [Note: Online calendar is currently unavailable. Check with T Time via email on availability.]


Self-collection schedule and slots are published on the online calendar as well for your easy reference. For advance orders, 5% discount will be given for self-collection of orders above $100.


Delivery is not available for the Daily Specials/Sets.

We typically are unable to take in last minute orders. If you desperately need help in making your gathering a success, you may contact us directly. If we can, we will assist, no guarantees though.
